By accessing the Nova Solutions portal or purchasing any digital design, development, SEO, or consulting service package, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you are ordering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

All software design and development tasks are executed strictly according to the deliverables, features, and custom add-ons configured and approved in the cart at the time of checkout. Any additional scopes, feature iterations, or modifications requested post-checkout will be subject to custom scoping reviews and may require a separate service agreement billing quote.

Upon full confirmation and execution of payment, Nova Solutions transfers 100% intellectual property (IP) and source code ownership of the custom codebase to the client. Nova Solutions retains the right to display design wireframes and completed work in our digital portfolio for promotional purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been signed.

Each service package includes a default post-launch maintenance period (e.g., 3 months for website development, 6 months for mobile apps) covering critical bug patches and configuration assistance. This maintenance does not cover secondary feature requests, design redesigns, or server migrations. Continued support SLAs are available under monthly IT Consulting retainers.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of your purchase of digital services must be resolved exclusively within the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
